Police went to the dealership at 920 S. Milwaukee Avenue at about 11:20 p.m. after receiving a report that five vehicles were seen driven away from the business at a high rate of speed with no lights on. They were heading north on Milwaukee Avenue.
Officers who went to the scene said they found no evidence of a break-in. However, during follow-up searches, a broken glass door was found on the north side of Gregory Infiniti, 1121 S. Milwaukee Avenue.
Five Infiniti cars including three 2016 models were stolen. Four of the car carried dealer license plates. One had a temporary Wisconsin license plate.
Meanwhile, Racine County Sheriff’s Office said a car from Gregory Infiniti was involved in a police chase resulting in an accident. No one was injured but the suspects fled on foot and were still at large.
