The 5th Annual Fall Festival in Library Park near downtown Kenosha takes place with family activities and fun for all.

Events include:

  • Singer/songwriter Haley Klinkhammer will perform from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Nine years ago, Haley made her YouTube debut at age 14. Haley’s original songs have earned her a successful music career with live performances throughout the country – and more than 180,000 YouTube subscribers. The Kenosha County native released her debut full-length album called “From Where I Stand” in 2014.
  • Free small pumpkins – donated by Choo Choo Charlie’s – will be distributed beginning at 11 a.m. to the first 200 children in attendance. They can decorate pumpkins with craft supplies at the event.
  • Enjoy free games for children from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., sponsored by the Mayor’s Youth Commission. Junior archaeologists can dig for treasure at the Dino Digs supplied by the Dinosaur Discovery Museum, and explore other activities from the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum.
  • Volunteers from Gateway Technical College will have information about this year’s National Endowment for the Arts Big Read Project in Kenosha, Racine and Walworth Counties. The 2016 Big Read focuses on “True Grit” by Charles Portis.
  • Start your holiday shopping early at the arts and craft fair organized by the The Kenosha Arts Association from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Glass, jewelry, textile, collage, and woodwork artists will be involved in the art fair.

This is the fifth year for the city-sponsored Fall Festival, which ties in with Second Saturday events in downtown Kenosha. Don’t miss it!
