Boasting one of the largest Easter brunch buffets on the North Shore, Bar Louie’s Easter dining extravaganza will feature dozens of hot and cold offerings, a carving, station, omelet station, pasta station, made to order waffles and crepes, a bakery section with home-made breads and muffins, and a “Kid’s Stop” with kid-friendly favorites.

“Our chef has planned an incredible Easter brunch,” said Sheila Gilani, director of operations for Lakhani Hospitality, Inc., owner of the Holiday Inn Chicago North Shore. “We’ve hosted an Easter celebration for many years at the hotel, and each year we seat more and more people,” she said. Last year 500 guests were served.

Those attending brunch will enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny, an Easter egg hunt (for kids 5 and under), a children’s coloring contest, Easter-themed word searches and puzzles, egg decorating, and a “Guess the Number of Jelly Beans in the Jar” contest. There will also be raffle drawings for Bar Louie gift cards and other prizes. “The Easter Bunny will be hopping from table to table, talking with our guests and posing for photos,” said Gilani. “We are encouraging people to bring their cameras to capture the moment.”
